High Pressure
Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels
Zeyon is awarded one 55 gallon and one 160 gallon 304 stainless steel pressure vessel for government defense contract. These custom designed tanks are expected to ship end of November.
Laboratory Reactor
Zeyon is awarded a project for a government entity consisting of a 24" ID x 24" IL horizontal reactor assembly, rated for 1500 psi @ 400 f, manufacturing from carbon steel. The vessel will include sightglass ports and insulated power lead wire feed throughs. This vessel is a rated order certified for national defense use.
1 Gallon Stirred Reactor
Zeyon is currently manufacturing a 1 Gallon Stirred Reactor rated for 2500 psig @ 250f. Vessel is ASME code stamped and includes a spiral baffled stainless steel jacket rated for 150 psig @ 250f. Sold as a complete system, this vessel comes complete with drive, raise & lower stand, #4 interior polish, impellers, motor, and inverter.
4 Gallon Stirred Reactor
Zeyon is currently manufacturing a 4 Gallon Stirred Reactor rated for 1500 psig @ 400f. Vessel is ASME code stamped and includes a spiral baffled stainless steel jacket rated for 150 psig @ 400f. Sold as a complete system, this vessel comes complete with drive, raise & lower stand, #4 interior polish, impellers, motor, and inverter.
50 Gallon Stirred Reactor

Current Projects 2008
Zeyon is negotiating the design and fabrication of thirty (30) 316 stainless steel tanks. This project, estimated at over $1 million in sales, will come to fruition in 2nd quarter 2008.

Zeyon is awarded a major Air/Gas Duct project in carbon steel for energy related construction.
Coke Column 2008
Zeyon is awarded a project to manufacture a 52' column to be utilized in the coal industry.
BioFuel Project 2007
In early February, 2007, Zeyon is awarded several tanks for a new BioFuel plant located in Erie, PA. Ranging in size from 120 gallon rated for 1350 psig @ 600 f to 3,200 gallon rated for atmospheric pressure @ 250 f, these tanks are custom built for this special application.
