Zeyon Stirred and Non-Stirred reactor vessels offer a wide range of capacities ranging from 1 liter up to 100 gallons, constructed under ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1. These low to moderate pressure reactors ranging from 100 to 3000 psig working pressure are supplied as complete systems to fulfill a wide range of applications. Vessels are constructed from 316 stainless steel or most machinable alloys for better material-reactor fit. Jacketed vessels are commonly utilized on temperature controlled processes minimizing the possibility of heat gain or loss during reaction time. The standard accessories incorporated in ZEYON reactor vessels include: Flat top head and elliptical bottom with center bore for stirring drive assembly. Vessel is constructed with 316 stainless steel per ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1. Jacket is constructed with 304 stainless steel (baffled) rated at 150 psig. Magnetically coupled or mechanically coupled mixer with stainless steel shaft and a wide range of impellers. Internal cooling coil made with ¾ inch diameter stainless steel tubing. Explosion proof AC motor with mounted gear reducer and explosion proof Variable Frequency Controller.
